The estate comprises 6 blocks of industrial/warehouse terraces. The majority of units are of brick construction with light truss roofs having clear eaves height of approximately 18ft. Blantyre is located approximately 12 miles south east of Glasgow. It is situated between East Kilbride and Hamilton and accessed directly from the A725, which leads to the M74 motorway at Junction 5, some 6 miles distant. The A725 also links to the M8 motorway at Bellshill. The Blantyre Industrial Estate lies immediately to the south of A725 having direct access by an all ways junction to the north or to the west via Hamilton International.
