The Wrexham Industrial Estate was established by The Welsh Development agency in 1946 and lies approximately 2 miles east of the town centre. It extends to over 1,000 acres (405 hectares) is the largest industrial estate in the area and houses over 150 companies. The subject premises are a range of small units constructed of solid brick, some of which are overclad with profile metal sheet cladding to the roof and the elevations.
