Development at the park commenced in 2003 and the first two phases have since been completed and fully occupied. Castle House at the entrance to the park provides 15,000 sq ft of office space in a Landmark building. Additionally there are nine modern warehouse units in the south east corner of the park. Occupiers include ROK, NPS and Sabre Telecom. Further phases will provide further office and business space. Additionally space is available for design and build requirements where units can be built to suit occupiers requirements up to 50,000 sq ft.
