Village Walks
Village Walks houses a great range of traditional shops and independent market town retailers - from fishmongers to a craft shop, as well as sweets, gifts and electrical goods.July 2010: Market Town retail specialist Dransfield Properties Ltd has bought the Village Walks Shopping Centre in Poulton le Fylde, near Blackpool. The company has exchanged contracts with Village Trader Ltd to buy the speciality shopping centre which houses everything from fishmongers and delicatessens to clothes shops and jewellers. With 14 units currently trading and 10 empty the company is now looking to secure full occupancy and enhance the shopping experience at the centre. Meeting are already being held with all the tenants at the Village Walks to introduce Dransfield Properties as the new landlord.
