Extended in 2004 by Hammerson, the park now comprises 15,300 sq m of retail space in eight units, anchored by a B&Q Warehouse. In January 2006, Hammerson reclaimed surplus space from B&Q, which was simultaneously re-let to Next and Argos. Planning consent has been secured for two additional retail units. The former Focus DIY unit has now been let to Tesco Home Plus which opened in November 2008.

Victoria Retail Park is located in a prominent location fronting the A612 Colwick Loop Road, which forms the main route to the city centre 4 miles west of the scheme, and provides easy and convenient access to the park for the catchment population situated to the north and east of the city. The scheme benefits from being situated opposite a Morrisons foodstore totalling approximately 80,000 sq ft, and a DW fitness club.
