The scheme is the local shopping centre in Hoddesdon town centre and consists of 120,000 sq ft in 40 units and 200 car spaces. Proposals are being worked up for comprehensive refurbishment and reconfiguration to include new 25,000 sq ft anchor store, creation of five new retail units, extension of existing units, complete replacement of entrances and mall finishes and overhaul of car park. The centre is located the Dinant Link Road, which provides direct access to the A10, which in turn provides access to the M11, A1(M) and junction 25 of the M25.
