A mixed use development comprising 50,000 sq ft of offices, two hotels let to Ramada Encore and Jury’s Doyle, and 389 residential apartments . MVG have created an exciting mix of retail and restaurants located around a central piazza. The tenant line up includes Las Iguanas, Strada, Cafe Rouge, Loch Fyne, Dim T, Brasserie Blanc, Zizzi and Gourmet Burger Kitchen. Work is now under way on phase II which will continue the retail and restaurant mix.
