White City Place
The organisations behind the ambitious plans for the White City area include Imperial College London, Westfield London, Berkeley St James and Stanhope, who are together implementing a shared vision including up to 5,000 high quality homes, over 2m sq ft of offices, new public spaces, an enhanced world-class shopping offer and a hub for academia, innovation and start-ups. White City Place sits on 17 acres of land adjacent to the Imperial College campus, White City tube station (Central line) and Wood Lane tube station (Hammersmith & City line). It is comprised of 6 existing buildings of 950,000 sq ft and a 4-acre development site. Our plans include the total refurbishment and repositioning of 3 existing buildings to transform them into modern working environments, as well as the potential development of new office buildings. Over 3,000 BBC staff will continue to make White City Place a vibrant working environment.
