Ince Park is the UKs largest resource recovery park. The site has full multi modal access and also offers the opportunity to create a leading concentration of waste management, recycling and reprocessing users in the North West. The site has full outline consent and part detailed consent for environmental technology uses including waste management, recycling and reprocessing. There is a 50 acre Nature Reserve
Located on the south bank of the Manchester Ship Canal, approximately 9.5 miles to the east of Chester, 33 miles west of Manchester and 18 miles south of Liverpool. The site has excellent motorway access via J14 of the M56 and J11 of the M53 which are approximately 2 miles away and the M6/M56 intersection 16 miles to the east.
